General Manager - Mining to join our leadership team at our Lavertonoperations on an 8/6 roster. Reporting to the Executive Director,this role is responsible for providing executive leadership andaccountability across Brightstar’s mining and processingoperations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable deliveryof business objectives.

As the General Manager, your key responsibilities willinclude:

- Lead all mining and processing activities across ourLaverton operations




- Own operational budgets, forecasts and businessperformance
- Develop succession plans and organisational capabilityacross all operations
- Support LOM planning, resource growth and future expansionopportunities
- Act as the primary operational interface with the SLT andoperations
- Manage key contractor, regulatory, community and commercialstakeholder relationships

About You

- Mining Eng, Metallurgy or related tertiaryqualification
- Site Senior Executive certificate (Required)
- WA First Class Mine Manager's certificate (highlydesirable)
- Current or previous General Manager, Resident Manager orMining Manager experience
- Exposure to both underground and open pit gold miningoperations
- Experience overseeing a processing plant of 1Mtpa+scale
