ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping performance, enhancing operations, and boosting market share. As a strategic leader, you’ll inspire teams and ensure our company-owned and franchise stores operate at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute company strategies to strengthen store performance
- Lead, coach, and support retail store teams




- Drive revenue growth and manage expenses effectively
- Set ambitious sales and profit targets across multiple locations
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all stores
- Foster solid partnerships with tyre and wheel suppliers
- Ensure full compliance with OH&S; standards and legislation
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance
- Champion safety initiatives and implement best practices

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader with:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-site retail management
- Experience in high-volume retail or multi-site management
- Proven success in financial budgeting and execution
- Strong team leadership and development abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to customer service excellence
- Sound OH&S; knowledge and compliance awareness
- Valid Australian driver's license - essential
- Passion for the industry and willingness to grow
