About the role We are looking for a seasoned Lead Software Engineer to guide technical efforts in enterprise middleware and integration platforms. This position involves collaborating with architects, product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to define technical strategies, set engineering standards, and execute important technology projects. You will engage in both leadership and hands‑on engineering tasks to ensure the delivery of scalable and secure solutions.

What you'll do

- Provide technical direction and leadership in the design and implementation of middleware and integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and engineering standards.
- Drive the development of high-performance applications while ensuring security and scalability.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and growth opportunities.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements





- A minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of middleware technologies and integration platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
