What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for our members, you'll provide exceptional service across multiple channels while supporting them with their enquiries and orders.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to member enquiries via phone, email, live chat, mail and face-to-face interactions

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Resolving product, order and service enquiries with care and professionalism

- Building strong relationships through every member interaction

- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve service and sales goals

- Delivering a positive member experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating memorable customer experiences.

You'll have:

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (contact centre,



retail or a similar environment)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Robust problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset

- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture
