FindStaff is seeking an experienced Growth Account Manager to drive client acquisition, account growth and recruitment outcomes across North-East Melbourne. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognised workforce solutions provider backed by the strength of the IntoWork Group, one of Australia's largest not-for-profit employment and education organisations.

About the opportunity

This is a true 360-degree recruitment and account management role where you'll take ownership of developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships and partnering with candidates to deliver successful recruitment outcomes.

You'll be responsible for growing your portfolio, identifying workforce opportunities within the local market and providing tailored recruitment solutions across labour hire and permanent recruitment services. Success in this role comes from your ability to build trusted relationships, uncover opportunities and create long-term value for clients.

Key responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers across the region
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, from sourcing through to placement
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and increase account penetration
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and workforce planning discussions




- Manage recruitment activity while ensuring excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate records within recruitment and CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with recruitment, labour hire and WHS requirements
- Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the employment lifecycle

What we're looking for

You are commercially minded, relationship-driven and passionate about recruitment. You enjoy working autonomously, taking ownership of your results and building a strong presence within your local market.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Proven experience within recruitment, labour hire or workforce solutions
- Strong business development and account management capability
- Demonstrated success growing new and existing client relationships
- Experience working a cold desk and building a client base from the ground up
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence using recruitment databases, ATS and CRM platforms
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to attend client sites
