Plastic Fabricator / Welder – Training Provided | Braeside VIC About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on fabricator or welder to join a growing team in Braeside.

You don’t need direct plastic experience – if you’ve worked with sheet metal, cabinetry, welding, or fabrication, we can train you into plastic welding and fabrication. This role offers a mix of workshop‑based fabrication and occasional site work, giving you variety and long‑term skill development.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Fabricating and assembling materials in a workshop setting

- Learning and applying plastic welding techniques (training provided)
- Working from basic drawings and measurements
- Using hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment

- Supporting installation work on‑site when required

Who We’re Looking





- For We’re open to candidates from backgrounds such as: Plastic fabrication (ideal but not essential)
- Mechanical or trade assistant roles

You’ll succeed if you:

- Are hands‑on and mechanically minded
- Can read or are willing to learn drawings
- Have good work ethic and reliability
- Can work independently when needed

Nice to Have

- Tickets (Nice to Have) Forklift licence
- Driver’s licence White Card Hours
