Euroa Health is seeking a practical, reliable and self-motivated Facilities and Maintenance Worker to help maintain our facilities, grounds and equipment to a high standard.

About the role
Reporting to the Facilities and Infrastructure Manager, you will undertake a variety of maintenance and groundskeeping activities across the Euroa Health facility.
- Routine and reactive maintenance repairs
- Gardening and grounds maintenance
- Minor building works and repairs
- Monitoring facilities and equipment to ensure safe operation
- Identifying and resolving maintenance issues proactively
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Supporting workplace safety and compliance requirements
- Participating in a paid after-hours on-call roster as required
We are looking for someone who:
- Has significant hands‑on experience in building, maintenance, landscaping, farming, mechanical or related fields
- Is confident using a wide range of power tools and equipment
- Can work independently and manage competing priorities
- Has strong problem‑solving skills and a practical mindset
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work
- Has a robust commitment to safety
- Communicates effectively and works well within a team
- Is comfortable using basic computer systems for emails and record keeping
- Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence
- Has or is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
