Your New Role

As a Systems Engineer within our Identity Platforms team, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance security, productivity, user experience, and operational resilience across the business. You'll work closely with technology teams, security specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure identity services are secure, resilient, and aligned to strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Be a Subject Matter Expert keeping across the latest vendor technology services offerings, enhancements & changes, contributes to driving the development and delivery of the Identity & Access Management technology roadmap in alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.
- Work on the design and delivery of Identity & Access Management engineering solutions across the breadth of up-to-date technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID & the ecosystem of products supporting these services & platforms.
- Suggest and implement automated solutions to remediate vulnerabilities to maintain a secure environment & work in conjunction with the Information Security Team on the coordinated remediation of existing & upcoming threats.
- Collaborate closely with other engineers across Technology to ensure Identity & Access Management product delivery dependencies are managed effectively.

How do you exceed our expectations?

- Active Directory, Entra ID & Azure (Mandatory) - Hands-on administration across an on-premises and cloud directory in Hybrid environments.
- Exposure to Zero Trust architecture principals, Identity Governance practices, Verified ID,



Global Secure Access (Beneficial)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Applied Skills: Administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
- Implementation & troubleshooting experience of AD Identity technologies such as Domain Services, GPO's, OUs, Trust & Forests, Kerberos & NTLM Authentication.
- Implementation & troubleshooting experience of Entra Identity technologies such as SSO (Oauth, SAML, OpenID), Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Hybrid Directories, ADFS, Identity Protection, SSPR, Access Packages, Azure AD Connect.
