Casual Beauty Advisor – Melbourne Central

Adore Beauty is excited to be opening our brand-new Melbourne Central store, and we're building an incredible team to bring this exciting new retail destination to life.

As part of our expanding retail network, the Melbourne Central store will deliver an engaging and elevated shopping experience, where customers can explore, learn, and connect with our expert team from day one.

We're looking for passionate, customer-focused team members who are excited to be part of a new store launch, help shape a positive team culture, and bring the Adore Beauty brand to life for the Melbourne Central community every day.

The Role

Day to Day Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised, and inviting
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends
- Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets
- Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks
- Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty





What We Are Looking For

- At least 2 years of retail experience (ideally in beauty, skincare or cosmetics)
- Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser, or makeup artist will be highly regarded.
- A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends
- A natural ability to connect with customers and create a great shopping experience
- A team player who thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- A confident, positive, and solution-focused approach
