As our residential division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of residential projects.

About the Role
Working closely with our Directors, Project Managers and Design Team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed construction estimates, managing procurement, reviewing subcontractor pricing and supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed production estimates for residential projects
- Review architectural plans, specifications and project documentation
- Complete quantity take-offs and cost planning
- Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Prepare budgets and procurement schedules
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and project risks
- Support contract preparation and project handovers
- Maintain estimating databases and cost records
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams
- Assist with forecasting and reporting requirements
About You
- Previous experience as a Production Estimator, Estimator or Quantity Surveyor within residential construction
- Robust understanding of residential construction methods and materials
- Ability to interpret architectural and construction documentation
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience using Buildxact or similar estimating software highly regarded
