Here at Fresh Homes Townsville we are busy and we need to recruit an experienced, highly organised and effective building supervisor with a proven track record in quality control and customer satisfaction to growour award winningteam.

The person we are seeking will be responsible for supervising our residential projects in Townsville and will report to the ConstructionManager. This position is responsible for ensuring that all homes are built to required quality standards, built on time and to budget (efficiently within targeted time frames). Through the day to day operation and management of the construction process, you canalso contribute to our constant improvement process and provide support to other team members as required.

You must have excellent communication skills and be a motivated and driven personality willing to work in a team environment. Previous experience working in the residential sector on multiple new homes is an essential criteria for this role. Submissions without this experience will not be considered.





The successful candidate will have proven trade skills, knowledge of building laws and statutory requirements and excellent communication and customer service skills. You will also have excellent decision making skills and the ability to prioritise, organise and deal effectively with people at all levels in a manner that represents excellent customer service and demonstrates the values of the organisation. You must also have experience in latest technologies

To be considered for this position you must have several years of construction/estimation experience, and hold a current QBCC low-rise site supervisor licence (minimum) & drivers licence

- Remuneration will be negotiated on an individual basis commensurate with experience.
