Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring operational efficiency in our clinic.

Your leadership will be crucial in managing clinical operations, fostering a supportive team culture, and driving quality improvement initiatives.





Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of approximately 10 nurses
- Manage daily nursing operations within a busy GP clinic
- Oversee Chronic Disease Management programs and care plans
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and clinical governance
- Implement infection control, risk management, and patient safety protocols
- Contribute to workforce planning, rostering, and nursing team development

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will be a proactive and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and team development. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the skills necessary to influence positive patient outcomes.

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification and COVID-19 Vaccination status
- Previous experience in a senior nursing or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Chronic Disease Management and primary healthcare
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of clinical governance and quality standards

Salary & Benefits

This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary package of up to $108,000, including performance incentives. We also offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for ongoing professional development, and a focus on work-life balance with no night shifts or weekends required.
