With continual growth and more acquired projects, LEVEL 33 are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Head Office. You will play a critical role in the delivery of Class 2 residential and mixed-use projects, working closely with our experienced site and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a pivotal role, overseeing the delivery of high-quality property developments from conception to completion.

As our Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project documentation, obtaining subcontractor pricing and supporting the successful delivery of multiple developments from tender through to construction.

You'll be working from our Head Office alongside an experienced and collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for Class 2 residential and mixed-use projects.

Review architectural, structural and services documentation.

Complete quantity take-offs and cost planning.

Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Prepare tender submissions and pricing schedules.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.

Assist with procurement strategies and subcontractor engagement.





Maintain estimating databases and cost libraries.

Work closely with the Design, Project Management and Construction teams.

Attend project meetings as required.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 5 years' estimating experience within the Australian construction industry.

Experience pricing Class 2 residential, mixed-use or commercial projects.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.

Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
