Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Senior Social Worker for the Community Aged Care and Rehabilitation Service (CAReS) at Ryde Hospital. The role focuses on assisting older adults to live independently at home, within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Temporary Full Time until 4 June 2027 with potential ongoing employment. Applicants should have AASW eligibility, extensive clinical experience, and a current driver’s licence. NSW Health policies apply.
