Ensure Recruitment is seeking a Senior Account Executive for SME/Mid Market commercial insurance in Sydney. You will own a quality client portfolio, advise on risk and insurance solutions, and work with leading insurers to achieve solid client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in commercial insurance broking or account management, a Tier 1 Insurance qualification, and proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate, and deliver superior service.
