SWT Active, a quick-growing women’s fashion and activewear brand, is seeking a commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid media across Meta, TikTok and Google. You’ll work with the founders and creative team to keep campaigns and brand storytelling fresh, on-brand and scalable.
You’ll own strategy, manage budgets to hit revenue and ROAS targets, optimise assets, analyse customer journeys and deliver weekly performance insights.
