Design & Build Recruitment in Inner Sydney seeks an Estimator to join a Tier 3 principal contractor. You will create tenders from first principles, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and analyse risks from plans and programs to estimate costs for projects up to $15m.

Successful candidates will have engineering or QS degrees, NSW market knowledge, and experience across recent builds, fit-outs and refurbishments. This role offers exposure in a well-regarded environment with career growth.
