Our client is a high performing real estate sales team based in Mona Vale on Sydney's Northern Beaches. This is a well-established, market-leading team with a strong reputation locally and a pipeline to match. They operate at a pace and standard that requires exceptional support behind the scenes.

About the Role

This is a dedicated Business Manager role supporting a team of top performing sales agents. You'll be the operational backbone managing everything from listings administration and compliance through to marketing, client communication and business reporting, so the agents can stay focused on what they do best.

This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing all sales administration, compliance and documentation from appraisal through to settlement
- Coordinating all marketing activity across digital, print and social for the team's listings
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and other stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Full CRM management including database maintenance, templates, workflows and reporting
- Tracking and approving marketing campaigns, handling receivables and coordinating with accounts
- Supporting with exchanges, settlements and post-sale client communication




- Keeping the team organised, accountable and running at a high standard day to day

About You

- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in a real estate administration or EA role
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in real estate CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working at pace alongside high performing, high expectation agents
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work autonomously
