Role: Cyber Change Manager

12 months contract, possible extension

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational change management activities across a multi-year cyber security program—driving adoption, readiness, and sustainable outcomes across both ICT and operationally critical environments. You will lead end-to-end change activities across multiple cyber initiatives, partnering with the Program Manager, Project Managers, business leaders and SMEs to ensure people impacts are identified, managed and embedded.

Responsibilities

- Developing and deliveringchange strategiesacross the program portfolio
- Building and executingstakeholder engagement plans(including exec-level stakeholders)
- Creatingcommunication plansand translating cyber concepts for non-technical audiences
- Designingtraining / learning approachesand coordinating delivery
- Leadingbusiness readinessactivities (impact assessments, readiness checkpoints, change risk assessments)
- Defining and trackingadoption measuresand reinforcement plans
- Facilitating workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations
- Reporting on readiness, adoption and change effectiveness

Qualifications





- 10+ yearsdelivering organisational change outcomes in large, complex organisations
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading change withinCyber Security programs
- Robust understanding ofcyber security concepts, threats and controls
- Proven ability to influence leaders and guide stakeholders through complex change
- Excellent written/verbal communication and strong facilitation skills
- Experience applying recognised change frameworks (e.g.Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change Management, or similar)
- A recognisedChange Management certification(e.g.Prosci, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent)

Desirable

- Experience inregulated industries/ critical infrastructure environments
- Experience in large-scale program governance and multi-stream delivery
