What you'll do

- Serve as the main sales representative for Aechelon simulation offerings in assigned international regions.
- Work closely with regional sales and business development leaders to evaluate and advance leads focused on simulation technologies.
- Conduct customer-facing meetings, deliver product demonstrations, and engage in discussions to clearly communicate the benefits of simulation for mission preparedness.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and strategies for competitive positioning in complex defense and governmental pursuits.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product development, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on regional objectives and feedback.
- Oversee the sales pipeline actively, including identifying risks and managing follow-up actions effectively.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key international defense and government stakeholders.




- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the Aechelon simulation portfolio and network with potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and market demands.
- Support the training and development of regional sales teams on simulation products and their applications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the CRM system.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in business development, overlay sales, account management, or capture support roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex technology sales within the defense, government, or enterprise sectors.
- Ability to articulate technical simulation capabilities in a way that resonates with mission-driven customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple stakeholder requirements and active sales opportunities concurrently.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to engage effectively with senior partners and clients.
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as necessary.

- Previous experience in simulation, training systems, autonomy, aerospace, or defense technology sectors.
