PARC Engineering are seeking an experienced SMP or Mechanical Supervisor to join our team for a local role based in Kwinana. This is an excellent prospect for a hands‑on leader who can drive safety, quality, and productivity while leading site crews across structural, mechanical, and piping works.

This is a local position with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday plus every second Saturday.

About the Role As the SMP Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day site activities, coordinating work crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) activities on site
- Lead and coordinate trades, contractors and work crews
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with project schedules
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
- Monitor productivity, quality and project progress
- Liaise with project management, clients and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and site requirements

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience as an SMP Supervisor within mining, industrial, oil & gas or construction environments
- S26 highly desired
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple work fronts and meet project deadlines




- Sound knowledge of safety legislation and site compliance requirements
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction White Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
