PhysioChoice is currently seeking a proactive, organised, and personable Casual Practice Administrator to support our busy clinic in Cheltenham.

The Role
This casual position offers Monday & Tuesday weekday shifts, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours to cover staff leave when required. You will be a key point of contact for both patients and clinicians, playing an important role in the smooth and professional operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional front desk service
- Managing bookings and responding to client enquiries
- Processing payments and reconciling daily transactions
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and organised clinic environment
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and account processing
- Laundering treatment towels and supporting daily clinic operations
- Providing reception cover during staff leave as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- A friendly, qualified, and empathetic manner
- Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
- Reliability, flexibility, and a team-focused attitude
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical environment (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with practice management software (Mindbody) is desirable
