Locksmith Support & Training – Automotive Locksmith Industry

Remote King is one of Australia's leading suppliers of automotive locksmith products, smart keys, remotes, key programming equipment, and diagnostic tools. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Support & Training Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will provide expert technical support to automotive locksmiths across Australia and New Zealand, assisting with key programming, remote and smart key solutions, immobiliser systems, diagnostic equipment, and product selection. You will troubleshoot technical enquiries via phone, email, and remote support while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will also be responsible for developing and delivering technical training, product demonstrations, and workshops to help customers confidently use the latest automotive locksmith technology.



The role includes testing and evaluating new products, preparing technical guides and support materials, working closely with suppliers, and assisting with product information and website content.

As the technical expert within the business, you will stay up to date with emerging vehicle security technologies and programming methods, ensuring Remote King continues to provide industry-leading support and cutting-edge solutions.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Dandenong South, offering Monday to Friday hours, no emergency call-outs, and the opportunity to work with the latest automotive locksmith technology in a supportive and growing team.
