As part of our 2027 graduate intake, we a seeking a Graduate Traffic Engineer, you'll join our DevelopmentProgram - a structured pathway designed to accelerate your professionalgrowth through hands on project experience, mentoring and technicaldevelopment. Beveridge Williams is an employee owned, multidisciplinaryconsultancy with more than 400 professionals across 13 offices throughoutVictoria and New South Wales. Our teams work across traffic and transportengineering, civil engineering, surveying, town planning, water resources,environmental engineering, urban design and landscape architecture, giving youexposure to the full project lifecycle and the prospect to learn fromindustry leading professionals.
About the Role
Based in our Malvern office, you'll join our Traffic andTransport team, working on a diverse range of transport, infrastructure andland development projects across Victoria.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Assistin the preparation of Traffic Impact Assessments
- Contributeto the design and assessment of intersections, road networks and accessarrangements.
- Supporttraffic modelling, parking assessments and swept path analysis.
- Preparetechnical reports, drawings and documentation that meet client andstatutory requirements.
- Workclosely with clients, councils, developers and multidisciplinary projectteams.
- Graduallytake ownership of project responsibilities as your experience grows.

About You
We're looking for graduates who are curious, motivated andready to learn.
You'll have:
- Arecently completed, or soon to be completed, Bachelor of CivilEngineering, Transport Engineering or a related engineering degree.
- Agenuine interest in traffic and transport engineering within a consultingenvironment.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellentorganisation and attention to detail.
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experiencewith AutoCAD, MicroStation, SIDRA Intersection, AutoTURN or similartraffic engineering software (desirable, not essential).
