As the Project Management Office Change and Delivery Lead, you will provide visibility, coordination and delivery support across our diverse technology portfolio. You will ensure projects are appropriately governed, monitored and reported on, while helping teams understand and manage the people, process, technology and service impacts associated with change.

You will also lead a small team responsible for Project Management Office services and change management activities, embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the operation and continuous improvement of the technology PMO governance model, including project delivery standards, artefacts, templates and assurance activities.
- Establish a practical program management framework that supports consistent planning, delivery tracking, reporting, escalation and decision making across the technology project portfolio.
- Ensure all projects have approved budgets, proactively monitor budget performance and variances, and support Project Managers to obtain the required financial approvals to maintain effective financial governance.
- Lead governance meetings, work with project managers to prepare papers, maintain decision records and follow up actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Drive portfolio reporting that provides the Manager, Director and relevant sponsors with clear visibility of project status, milestones, budget, resourcing, risks and delivery confidence.

Join us in this full-time permanent role, offering a market-competitive salary range of $131,259k - $146,126k plus 12% superannuation and monthly accrued day off.

What you’ll need to succeed

- A degree in project management, business administration, or information technology is required, though lesser formal qualifications may be acceptable if extensive and diverse experience, or intensive specialist experience is demonstrated.




- Highly proficient in applying project governance, program coordination, reporting standards, assurance processes and delivery controls, with a strong ability to apply these skills in a practical work setting in a complex or large environment
- Working knowledge of portfolio management, benefits tracking, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control and project financial governance.
- Experience supporting change delivery activities, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, readiness and transition to business-as-usual.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present clear portfolio information to managers, directors and project sponsors.
- Capability in project, portfolio, reporting and collaboration tools, with attention to data quality and reporting consistency.
- Ability to coach and support project delivery team members and contribute to an accountable, collaborative and improvement-focused delivery culture.
