Parts Interpreter/Spare Parts Specialist

The Opportunity

This is a technical Parts Interpretation role where your product knowledge and problem-solving skills will be relied upon every day.

You’ll work closely with dealers, suppliers and internal departments to accurately identify components, provide technical advice, source parts and ensure customers receive the right solution as quickly as possible.

If you enjoy investigating parts breakdowns, interpreting catalogues and solving complex enquiries, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret and identify spare parts using electronic parts catalogues, technical manuals and manufacturer resources
- Provide accurate quotations, pricing,



lead times and availability
- Assist dealers with technical parts enquiries across multiple agricultural machinery brands
- Liaise with overseas manufacturers and suppliers regarding parts identification and technical clarification
- Support procurement activities and inventory planning
- Process warranty parts and returns
- Maintain accurate information within our ERP system
- Work closely with Service, Sales and Logistics teams to deliver outstanding technical support
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Parts Division

About You

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or Spare Parts Specialist
- Experience within agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, automotive, truck or construction equipment industries
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical parts information
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Confidence using ERP systems and electronic parts catalogues
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to continually learn

Experience with agricultural machinery is highly regarded but not essential for someone with a strong technical parts background.
