We're on the lookout for driven, professional and passionate people to join the Brunch Direct (phone sales) team. The Brunch Direct channel specialise in expertly crafted phone sales campaigns, acting as an extension of the cellar door experience for our partner winery clients. We've worked with 150 wineries across Australia including Yarra Yering, Moss Wood, Cullen Wines, d'Arenberg & many more. With a robust commission structure, industry perks, and weekly incentives, this role is ideal for those who love sales and wine.

Are you our next Wine Sales Specialist?

What We’re Looking For:

- You have previous sales experience and a genuine drive to grow in a sales career.
- You thrive on hitting (and beating) targets, and you bring energy and consistency to high-volume outbound calling.
- You are a strong, engaging communicator - you'll be speaking with customers who've opted in to hear from their favourite wineries,



so every call needs to feel personal and worthwhile.
- You are passionate about wine, or genuinely curious about it. This role goes beyond selling; it's about matching customers to the right bottle and creating a memorable experience.
- You are competent on the tools and able to work autonomously. Our processes rely on technology, so comfort with Apple systems, project management and CRM tools is essential.

- This is a casual role (5 days/week), with chance for extension for those who hit their targets.
- Typical shifts run from 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
- Hybrid set up | Fitzroy offices & WFH flexibility. Preference for Melbourne-based applicants, but open to considering applicants from all over Australia depending on your experience.
