Physiotherapist - Full Time, Part Time or Casual

We’ve created a clinic unlike any other - a purpose-built facility featuring a private exercise space and specialised equipment designed specifically for people living with chronic conditions and disabilities. Working alongside our multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate closely with other allied health professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes while contributing to a workplace that values genuine care, continuous learning and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our community.

As a Physiotherapist at Revitalise Health & Rehab, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse and rewarding caseload across multiple funding schemes including NDIS, Medicare, WorkSafe, DVA and private clients. Your role will expose you to a broad range of physiotherapy areas including neurological, paediatric, musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, disability and pain management, allowing you to continually expand your clinical skills while discovering the areas you’re most passionate about. If you have a particular clinical interest or would like to develop expertise in a specific area, we’ll support you with mentoring, professional development and opportunities to build your caseload around that passion.

At Revitalise Health & Rehab, we’re more than just an allied health clinic - we’re a team driven by a shared purpose to help people live better, reduce their pain and genuinely enjoy the care they receive. Based in Traralgon, Gippsland, we provide holistic, community-focused care that empowers people to improve their mobility, independence and overall wellbeing.

We’re passionate about creating a workplace where clinicians can thrive, not just survive. That’s why we’ve intentionally built a culture that prioritises sustainable workloads, genuine support and work‑life balance to help reduce clinician burnout and ensure you can continue doing what you love for the long term.

We’re also proud to have been recognised as a finalist in the 2026 Gippsland Business Awards for Healthcare Services - a reflection of our commitment to delivering exceptional care for our community while creating an outstanding workplace for our team.

If you’re an experienced Physiotherapist, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to thrive while being recognised for the expertise you bring. Your remuneration will reflect your experience, and we’ll support you to continue developing your clinical interests, grow your career,

and pursue leadership opportunities if that’s the direction you’d like to take your career.

Our anticipated start date is from October onwards. We’re happy to work with the successful applicant to agree on a start date that suits both your circumstances and the needs of the clinic. For new graduates, we’re more than happy to wait for your AHPRA registration and support you through the transition from university into clinical practice.
