They are currently seeking an experienced new Building Supervisor to join a growing residential construction team across the Shepperton region. Their on-site team includes internal trade specialists, including carpenters, plumbers, brick layers, cabinet makers, plasterers, tilers, painters and experienced labourers, who work diligently to ensure timely completion and high-quality delivery of every project undertaken.

This is an immediate opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, volume building setting and can confidently manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and efficiency.

About the Role

The role is to oversee insurance repair projects from commencement to completion. It also involves managing trades, ensuring quality workmanship,



meeting insurer requirements, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day insurance repair works on site.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure works comply with building codes, WHS, and insurer standards
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams
- Manage timelines, variations, and progress reporting
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Randing small paint jobs to a full rebuild.
