About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring our patients receive exceptional service while supporting our clinicians and administration team. You will work closely with the management team to improve systems, drive efficiency and contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic, working collaboratively alongside our administrative team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice.

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients and managing front desk operations.

Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain therapist diaries.

Manage patient records, database accuracy and clinic documentation.

Oversee billing processes using Zanda Health, ensuring accurate and timely processing.





Manage accounts receivable and assist with financial administration.

Coordinate office supplies, inventory and equipment.

Maintain high standards of organisation, presentation and cleanliness throughout the clinic, gym and hydrotherapy facilities.

Supervise and support administration staff, liaising with cleaners and contractors where required.

Desired Experience

Previous experience in practice management, healthcare administration or office management.

Experience using Xero and/or Power Diary (or similar practice management software), desirable but not essential.

Strong financial administration and billing experience.

Excellent computer and organisational skills.
