About the Role
As a Registered Nurse / Educator , you’ll work across two key areas:
- Clinical Care : Support participants with complex needs, review and update care plans, and provide hands‑on clinical expertise.
- Education & Training : Build and deliver practical training programs (including Train-the-Trainer)
to strengthen the skills of our Support Workers and RN team.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration (RN)
- Experience delivering High Intensity Supports in disability or clinical settings
- Strong background in nursing education and hands‑on training
- Ability to translate care plans into easy‑to‑follow training materials
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Versatile and willing to travel to sites across NSW
