Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible contractor role within a highly supportive, multidisciplinary team working with children and young people with complex disabilities?

Our client is a well-established allied health service based in Port Macquarie, delivering high-quality, client-centered care across clinic, home, and community settings. They are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their collaborative team supporting clients aged 0-18 years, including those with cerebral palsy and similar conditions. This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly resourced clinic environment while also supporting outreach across regional NSW.

About the Role

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for paediatric and complex disability clients
- Support children and young people with cerebral palsy and related neurological or developmental conditions
- Deliver therapy in clinic, home, school, and community settings (approximately 70% clinic-based)
- Develop goal-directed, functional, and meaningful intervention plans




- Use specialist equipment and assistive technology to support client outcomes
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, educators, and multidisciplinary clinicians
- Contribute to high-quality documentation, reporting, and goal tracking
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and shared care planning
- Support clients across Port Macquarie and surrounding outreach regions including Wauchope, Taree, Forster, Kempsey, and Coffs Harbour

Essential Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Solid communication and client-centered practice skills
- Commitment to evidence-based care and continuous professional development
