Looking for strong leader and well organised high volume Head Chef at our Stanton Brasserie & Bar We are shuffling our teams around due to another restaurant opening in September and need to add to our growing team.
This is a hands on leadership role with a kitchen team of 10+
You must have experience leading with high volume services, prep & team operations
Overseeing preparation and cooking the menu, such as hot or cold mains/entrees, sauces, or desserts
Ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of all menu items to the highest standard
Providing guidance and mentorship with kitchen staff to maintain a high level of food quality and presentation
Collaborating with the team to develop recent and innovative menu items
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work area in accordance with health and safety regulations, with all documentation.
