Black Property is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our growing team on the Central Coast.

Operating from our modern retail office at Fountain Plaza, Erina, you'll manage a quality residential portfolio while being supported by dedicated leasing and administration staff, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing a quality residential portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Conducting lease renewals and rent reviews
- Managing arrears and tenancy matters
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Working closely with our leasing and administration support team

The Person We're Looking For

You'll ideally:

- Hold a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Have a minimum of two years' experience managing your own portfolio
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Communicate professionally and confidently
- Enjoy building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service
- Be self-motivated, accountable and proactive
- Remain calm under pressure and enjoy solving problems
