Coastwide Engineering Pty Ltd, Illawarra / South Coast NSW, is seeking a WHS/HR Coordinator to oversee safety and people functions across fabrication, CNC machining, site and workshops. Established since 1972, we support a diverse range of heavy industry projects.

You will maintain and improve the WHS management system, run incident investigations, conduct weekly safety audits, manage Workers Compensation and RTW plans, and provide HR policy support and employee relations across divisions.
