About the Role:

The RN2 Clinical Development Nurse provides advanced clinical leadership within the Emergency Department, delivering high-quality patient care while supporting staff development and best practice. As an experienced clinician and team leader, they respond effectively to rapidly changing clinical situations, promote patient and staff safety, and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team. The role encompasses clinical leadership, education, quality improvement, and workplace health and safety, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence in patient care.
