The Role:

You'll jump into a humming portfolio of established clients, drive delivery, growth and develop the advisory capability in your team.

- Become a trusted advisor to your client portfolio
- Define problems, design research approaches and deliver strategic solutions
- Combine analytical rigour with commercial acumen




- Contribute to strategic planning and new business growth
- Work closely with a legendary Director to build team capability.

About You:

- Deep expertise in quantitative methodologies and client consulting
- Experience of building trusted client relationships
- Broad experience across methodologies and business challenges. This is 100% ad hoc, primary consumer research - foundational, complex studies spanning brand, customer understanding, innovation and customer experience.
- Experience working across multiple sectors. You'll partner with iconic retail, FMCG, energy, utilities and financial services brands.
- Ability to develop others consulting capabilities through coaching.
