Inghams Distribution Centre in Truganina is seeking a keen, experienced Team Leader to guide a hands-on team of forklift Operators in our chiller/freezer, ensuring safe, productive operations and compliance with quality standards.

The role offers an hourly rate of 41.25 AUD with shift-based hours, an emphasis on continuous improvement, and opportunities to train and develop staff. A valid high-reach forklift license and experience are essential.
