Moondarra Cheese is a proud Australian cheese manufacturer, supplying major supermarket retailers and export markets from our Dandenong South facility. We have grown significantly in recent years with the acquisition of Tarago Cheese, celebrated for its award-winning blue cheeses, expanding our footprint across the domestic market.

About the Role

We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Dandenong South team. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day supervision of our warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, materials handling and dispatch of chilled cheese products. You'll oversee the warehouse team across both AM and PM shifts, ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately, and in line with cold-chain, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

What You'll Do

Oversee receipt, put-away, storage and picking of raw materials, packaging and finished goods

Ensure accurate stock movements are recorded in the inventory system and support cycle counts and stocktakes

Coordinate with the Fulfilment and Export Coordinator to ensure orders are picked, staged and ready for dispatch on time

Coordinate with the Procurement Coordinator to receive and store incoming materials and components

Monitor and arrange maintenance of forklifts,



equipment and warehouse infrastructure

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across AM and PM shifts, including rostering and task allocation

Provide leadership, training, direction and performance management to forklift drivers and warehouse staff

Maintain cold-chain integrity and a clean, organised, food-safe warehouse environment

Ensure secure operation of forklifts and materials handling equipment, and lead by example on WHS

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience in warehouse or distribution operations, ideally within FMCG, food or chilled/perishable goods

Proven experience supervising or leading a small team across multiple shifts

Current forklift licence (LF/LO) and sound knowledge of safe materials handling

Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements in a warehouse environment

Good working knowledge of inventory or warehouse management systems

Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of cold-chain, food safety and hygiene requirements

First Aid certificate;

Certificate in warehousing, logistics or a related field.
