Every Day Earthmoving is seeking experienced Excavator/Combo Operators to join our team on a full-time basis in Brisbane. In this role you will be operating and maintaining plant machinery including excavators, bobcats, (combos) and tipper trucks on various construction and earthmoving projects. This position ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for adhering to all safety regulations and site requirements.

Key responsibilies

- Operate excavators, bobcats and trucks safely and efficiently on work sites
- Perform pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on all plant machinery
- Follow site safety protocols, environmental regulations and company policies at all times
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, engineers and other team members
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any maintenance issues immediately
- Operate machinery in various weather conditions and challenging terrain
- Assist with site setup and breakdown of equipment as required
- Contribute to a positive and safety-focused workplace culture

What we're looking for

Current White Card. HR Truck Licence. Relevant plant tickets.

Proven experience operating excavator, bobcat, attachments and tipper trucks

Strong understanding of safety procedures, including site inductions and high-risk work management





Ability to read and interpret site plans and work instructions

Excellent spatial awareness and hand eye co-ordination

Physical fitness and the ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions

Reliable communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams

A committment to maintaining equipment and reporting maintenance needs promptly

Knowledge of traffic management and working in proximit to other trades is advantageous
