What You’ll Need to Stand Out

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and is passionate about building a high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and despatch.




- Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and despatched on time.
- Supervise, coach and motivate the warehouse team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as picking accuracy, productivity and dispatch performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock takes and cycle counts.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and customer service.
- Use warehouse management systems effectively, with experience in Pronto highly regarded.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
- A solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing and distribution.
- Proven inventory control experience with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, organised and hands‑on leadership style.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and a continuous improvement mindset.




- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse management systems.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- A customer‑focused approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of service.

Essential Qualifications and experience

- Previous experience providing warehouse and logistic support services
- We do not require you to have a forklift licence.
