We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions, identify trends, and improve operational performance. Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from large datasets
- Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data quality and integrity
- Support business teams with ad hoc reporting and analytical requests
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and data needs
- Document analytical processes and present findings to internal teams
- Contribute to improving reporting processes and data management practices

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar data analysis and visualization tools is an advantage
- Basic understanding of databases, data modeling, and reporting techniques
- Internship experience, academic projects, or relevant certifications are considered a plus
