We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our sales team and work directly alongside our Licensee Principal. This is an outstanding opportunity to learn from an experienced industry leader while developing the skills and confidence needed for a long-term career in residential sales.

Working closely with the Licensee Principal, you'll play an important role across all aspects of the sales process, including:

Business Development

- Prospecting for new buyers and sellers
- Booking appraisal appointments
- Building relationships within the local community
- Following up buyer and seller enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Coordinating buyer inspections and open homes
- Following up buyers after inspections
- Liaising with solicitors, brokers, builders and other stakeholders
- Supporting the sales process from listing through to settlement

Marketing & Campaign Administration

- Coordinating photography, floorplans, brochures and online advertising
- Assisting with auction preparation and open homes
- Preparing pre-listing kits and marketing materials
- Drafting advertising copy
- Ensuring properties are presented professionally

Administration & Compliance

- Preparing contracts and agency documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting compliance with NSW real estate legislation




- Assisting with day-to-day sales administration

About You:

- Passionate about customer experience
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated, reliable and eager to learn
- Professional in both presentation and communication
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology
- Able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic
