This is a hands‑on leadership role for an accomplished technology leader who combines engineering depth, delivery discipline and commercial judgement. You will lead a small talented technical team while remaining actively involved in architecture, software development, complex problem solving and strategic client engagements.

What you will do

- Lead engineering, productdeliveryand technical consulting acrossBixeLab,Biometixand related entities.
- Deliver high-quality software,platformsand client solutions from concept through to release.
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership across architecture, development,DevSecOps, cloud, APIs, datasystemsand automated testing.
- Build team capability through clear priorities, coaching,accountabilityand continuous improvement.
- Manage delivery commitments, budgets, resources,risksand commercial outcomes.
- Support client engagements through discovery, solution design,proposalsand executive presentations.
- Establish engineering practices that improve quality, scalability,securityand delivery efficiency.

What you bring

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering,



cybersecurity,engineeringor a related discipline.
- 12+ years’ experience in technology, including leadership responsibility in a product, consulting,laboratoryor technology services workplace.
- Recent hands‑on software engineering experience with the ability todemonstratesolutions you have personally designed,builtor delivered.
- Proven success leading small technical teams to deliver under real commercial and time constraints.
- Strong experience in project delivery, estimation, resourceplanningand budget management.
- Excellent client-facing consulting and executive communication skills.
- Deep capability across modern software engineering, architecture, cloud platforms, security, datasystemsand automated testing.

Highly regarded

- Experience in biometrics, digital identity, cybersecurity, AI/ML, testing,assuranceor regulated technology environments.
- Knowledge of identity assurance standards, including ISO/IEC biometric standards, NIST guidance,FIDOor MOSIP.
- Experience delivering complex identity or biometric systems.
- Postgraduate qualifications in technology, engineering,cybersecurityor AI.
