UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Senior Workforce Case Advisor to deliver expert guidance on complex employee relations across the organisation. Based in our Workforce Strategy team, you will support leaders and People & Culture colleagues with performance, conduct, grievances and investigations.
You will lead investigations end-to-end, handle high‑risk casework, maintain confidential records and help improve case management systems while ensuring fair, compliant outcomes.
