Based in Wetherill Park, NSW , we have built a robust reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality service to a range of valued commercial clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Service Technician to join our professional and supportive team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on field service position primarily focused on the service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs of industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment across the Sydney Metro area.

You’ll work on a variety of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems for well-established clients, with the support of an experienced team and a stable, growing business.

Strathbrook specialise in CO2 refrigeration and will provide the suitable applicant with the education and resources to fully understand our equipment.

- Standard hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm (flexibility required depending on customer site requirements)

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventative maintenance on industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficientlyTroubleshoot refrigeration systems and identify long-term solutions
- Attend breakdown service calls across Sydney Metro
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and workplace safety
- Participate in an on-call roster

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Solid experience servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
