The Big Group is seeking a Senior Event Manager to coordinate Sydney harbourfront events, ensuring exceptional client experiences from sales handover to event day. This largely client-facing role requires solid admin support to keep details accurate and processes followed. Regular Monday–Friday with occasional night/weekend events.

You will lead the events team, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with operations to exceed client expectations while managing budgets and vendor relationships.
