This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing team specialising in property development, structured finance and investment funding , working alongside experienced Directors to deliver tailored finance solutions for developers, investors and private clients.

If you're looking to combine your financial analysis expertise with exposure to major property development projects, this role offers hands-on involvement across the full transaction lifecycle—from acquisition and feasibility through to construction funding and project delivery.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll play a key role in supporting complex finance transactions while delivering commercial insights that influence strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining detailed financial models for property development and project finance transactions
- Preparing development feasibilities, cashflow forecasts, budgets and scenario analysis
- Analysing project and business performance, identifying commercial risks and opportunities
- Supporting lender submissions, credit analysis and due diligence across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments
- Producing financial reports and strategic insights for Directors and clients
- Assisting with cashflow management, financial planning and transaction execution
- Working collaboratively across the business to improve financial processes and drive commercial outcomes

About You

- 3+ years' experience in Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Banking, Credit or Commercial Finance
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Robust commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
