THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a field-based account management role with real commercial teeth. You'll inherit a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Sunshine Coast and your job is to grow it, retain it and deliver genuine results through tailored digital marketing solutions.

You'll be out visiting clients face-to-face every day, presenting SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions that solve real problems for real businesses. This isn't a call centre role or a desk job. You're in the market, in the room, having proper conversations with business owners who need someone they can trust.

Digital marketing expertise is not optional here. You need to genuinely know SEO, AEO, SEM and social, understand how they work together and be able to have a credible, consultative conversation about them with business owners. That knowledge is what earns trust, grows portfolios and closes upsells.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Managing and growing a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Adelaide through regular face-to-face visits
- Presenting tailored SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for business owners
- Identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing portfolio
- Hitting monthly sales and retention targets with consistency and discipline
- Building long-term client relationships based on genuine expertise and reliable follow-through
- Managing your own pipeline, territory and schedule with full accountability
- Keeping accurate records and reporting results to your Account Director
- Staying sharp on Thryv product updates, the digital marketing landscape and what's moving in the SMB market
