Boutique Bubs Early Education and Kindergarten – Hampton VIC
We are seeking a passionate Educator that is willing to share their knowledge and become a valued part of our wonderful team. This is a 2 days a week position with a possibility of leading to full time (Monday to Friday), where you will have the chance to float within a team while playing a vital role in the development of all age groups whilst working alongside a passionate and supportive team. Our service operates from 6.30am - 6.30pm, your shift availability needs to be flexible based on the requirements of child numbers booked a service needs at the time.

About You
You’ll bring a positive, professional attitude and a love for early education. Your key strengths will include:
Being self-motivated, enthusiastic and creative
Excellent communication and verbal skills
The ability to engage children through activities tailored to different age groups and developmental stages
Provide support and leadership while working as a member of a collaborative service team
Being confident in providing learning stories across all ages as support to room leaders and input to each room's curriculum
Assist in providing a high quality developmentally appropriate educational program based upon the practices and principles of both the National and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks
Ensure compliance with the National Law, the National Regulations and the National Quality Standard
Have knowledge and understanding of the 11 Child Safe Standards.
Have completed the Safety Reform Training
What You'll Need
Certificate 3 in Early Learning Education & Care preferred or studying your Certificate 3
(This role is not suited to a DIPLOMA or Graduate Diploma holder)
One year FT or PT equivalent hours to make up a FT year of experience in childcare
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain
Mandatory reporting and child protection training
Please note our location is Hampton in the Bayside area.
